Two cookies, and both are needed.

On vinte.plus there are no advertising cookies, no social media cookies and no cross-site tracking. We don't sell or hand over browsing data to anyone. The two cookies below are essential for the site to work, so we don't ask about them: they can't be refused without breaking the very access you've just requested.

The one thing we do ask about — hence the notice when you arrive — is analytics: knowing which pages get visited. It uses no cookies and doesn't profile you, but it isn't needed to show you the page either, so it stays off until you accept. If you say no, nothing loads. And you can change your mind by clearing the site's data in your browser: the answer is stored there, not on a server of ours.

What gets stored

Cookie-free analytics

To know how many people visit the site we use Vercel's analytics, which uses no cookies and no persistent identifiers: it doesn't follow you between visits or between sites, and builds no profile. It only counts page views, in aggregate.

When you pay for a plan

Payment for shop plans happens on Stripe's hosted Checkout, on a domain of theirs. Stripe sets its own cookies there — needed to process the payment and prevent fraud — and is governed by its own policy, not this one. No Stripe script loads on vinte.plus: you never see their code until you leave for their page.

How to remove them

Any browser lets you view and delete a site's cookies from its settings, and block them in advance. Bear in mind that blocking the session cookie stops you from entering the shop dashboard: that's not a restriction we impose — without it, the server simply can't know it's you.

Changes and contact

If a cookie that isn't strictly necessary ever comes in, a banner will appear first to ask your permission and this page will list it before it's switched on. For any questions: info@vinte.plus.
