A person, not a company. Here are his details, how to reach him and the terms this site is used on.

What this site is
Vinté+ is a directory of vintage and second-hand clothing shops in Spain, with a mobile app and this website. It gathers real businesses, tells you which are open and lets you put a piece on hold so you can drop by and see it.
Vinté+ doesn't sell clothes and takes no part in the purchase. The sale always happens between the buyer and the shop, on the shop's premises. Putting a piece on hold from the app is not a purchase and creates no obligation to buy.
Shops and their content
Each shop is responsible for what it publishes: its details, its opening hours, its photographs and the description of its stock. Vinté+ reviews applications before publishing them, but can't guarantee that an opening time or a piece is up to date at every moment.
If you hold rights over a brand, a photograph or any content published here and believe it's being misused, write to us and we'll take it down while it's checked.
Prices
Being in the directory is free for shops. Plans with a catalogue, holds and a shop window are paid, at the rates published on the pricing page.
Prices are shown with VAT included: the published amount is what gets charged, with no surcharges added at payment. For businesses established in Spain, the invoice itemises the 21% VAT contained in that amount.
Intellectual property
The Vinté+ name, its logo and the design of this site and the app belong to the provider. Garment photographs belong to each shop, which publishes them under its own responsibility.
Flea-market photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their free licence, with the author and licence credited next to each image. Cartography is by OpenStreetMap and its contributors, under the ODbL licence.
Liability
We take care to keep information accurate and verifiable — for flea markets we store the official source of each schedule next to the data. Even so, a business can close, change its hours or move without notice, and we don't answer for losses arising from a trip made on the strength of a detail that has changed.
Nor do we answer for service interruptions or third-party provider failures, though we do what's reasonable to avoid them.
Governing law
Spanish law applies. For any dispute, and where the law allows it, the parties submit to the courts of València.
